It varies by product and factory. Some products start at a few hundred units; private-label products usually require more. We state the minimum in the quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product, the quantity and the shipping method. We give a realistic timeline with the quote and do not promise dates before confirming them with the factory.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We coordinate with logistics partners for shipping from China to the UAE. The quote states what is included and what remains your responsibility.
Can you put our logo on the product?
Yes. We can source with your logo, packaging and specification. Send us your logo file and a visual reference and we will confirm whether it is feasible.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are agreed in writing before any order and vary by factory and order size. We set them out in full before you commit.
